We live in a world where clicks sire politics. Where shares alter the current state of affairs. A world where a like becomes warlike, people tweet driving others to take it to the street. Screens have become the machines to influence, provoke, and rally the hearts and minds of humankind.
Many things are going well in the world, but we’re also facing some large and urgent problems. We see that traditional solutions to these problems are just not enough. At the same time there are so many people that want to do something to create a better world. That’s why we came up with a new approach: crowdacting. With crowdacting we ask: “Would you take action if a [hundred/thousand/million] other people would do the same?” TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE WAVES.

Fashion brands face sustainability challenges that are often too complex for them to address on their own. In collaborating with competitors on a pre-competitive level, brands are able to mobilise efforts and resources to achieve greater progress in a shorter amount of time. With the mission to create a cleaner and smarter denim industry, the Alliance for Responsible Denim united 16 denim brands from across the globe with other industry stakeholders (mills, chemists, advertisers, recyclers) to set sustainability targets and accomplish them.Check out the website for the various workshops, working groups, and accompishments of the Alliance.
